Siri signed a Google-like?

Siri signed a Google-like?
Since the announcement of Siri last year, rumors of a vocal assistant on Android spread on the canvas. Clarify rumors that increasingly since the project would have even made good progress in recent months, reports the Wall Street Journal.
It was a small revolution had Apple launched last year with his vocal assistant Siri. Nobody had ever imagined such a level of interaction between a human voice and smartphone. Besides the possibility of asking him to perform a simple action such as calling a particular contact, it was also possible to ask him questions about his schedule, or on the weather, and this in a natural language. A real little secretary! Since then, many rumors suggested a similar project in development side of its direct competitor Google. Responding on behalf of Majel project, it would have quickly joined the laboratory where the Google X wildest dreams come to life, far from the journalists.

Early this year, he was then issue a service by the name of Android wizard that operate by voice and link the various Google services, always aiming to compete Siri. It's Tuesday in the Wall Street Journal that we learned that the project was more topical than ever. Relating the bickering between the two rivals on the end of their partnership on the mapping iOS 6, the article was a quick mention of the mysterious voice assistant for Android. While Apple struggled to carry out its own geolocation service, Google would take his side to put a bit of a turbo in the development of its service-like Siri.

Likely is it that Samsung has also somewhat titillated the Mountain View giant with its S-Voice. Anyway, if no date has yet been confirmed - the old rumors suggestive of availability for the end of 2012 - we hope that Google will not make the same mistake as the Korean who probably wanted to leave his assistant too quickly. It is also necessary that he does not yield to the pressure that is becoming stronger with improvements in Siri that exacerbates the delay or that LG just announced a similar service called Quick Voice.
