Siri: restaurants, cinemas and football

A bit like everyone else, Siri, the wizard voice of Apple grows older and crowding into its databases more and more information in areas increasingly diversified. For its first anniversary, Apple has offered a course on food, the seventh art and sport. Not sure yet that he could enjoy the best teachers in French.
Siri: restaurants, cinemas and football
As we learned during the presentation of iOS 6 June 11 last, the wizard voice of Apple Siri, in addition to enjoying a port on the new iPad, should expand its areas of expertise to facilitate our daily lives. Dinner reservations, see the latest movies playing, find the next sessions, the results of sporting your favorite team ... This is what the Siri offer the latest version of IOS. Finally, for the people of the United States, perhaps because the French version is still very limited.

About restaurants, Siri done for now ignore the reservations although he understands the request, which he prefers, however, meet a "sorry, none of these restaurants are not taking online reservations." In return, it will offer a list, yet thin enough, restaurants with some information.

In terms of cinema, you must know that Siri contains information of Anglo-Saxon site Rotten Tomatoes, a reference to Americans, but much less for us. The wizard is currently capable of seeking basic information about a movie, but it stops there. Give it a title, and find you for all the films containing the words you have dictated to him. You will then have access to notes, trailers and reviews ... notice will have been written by Americans for Americans, then in English. Do not count hours or even find film casting. We would much prefer a French version to call our operator data Allociné, Tim Cook ... if you listen to us!

As for sports, not much to report, except again to make some progress obviously. Siri is still able to report the scores of football matches. Certainly it is confined to the league for a moment, but it's not bad for thinking of our national sport while football is played instead with a helmet and an oval ball across the Atlantic.

Do not panic, the team of Tim Cook has still some time before it before the official release of its OS, hoping she cozied to profit ...
