Galaxy S III will land well in the U.S.

The soap opera Apple - Samsung continues! It's been just over two weeks that we had not heard from the patent case between the American and Korean. Well, fans of the Korean brand will spend their weekends quietly since the Cupertino company will not get successful, at least for the Galaxy S III.
Galaxy S III will land well in the U.S.
Before going into detail, recall that the CEO of Apple and Samsung are currently facing litigation due to several patents allegedly infringed by Samsung. The Apple also states that patents are stolen on two fundamental Android, universal search and management of hyperlinks. Tim Cook of the group is therefore complaint and Choi Gee-Sung response also claiming compensation in exchange for the use of its patents for wireless communication. Obviously, the output of the Galaxy S III was not going to miss these disputes.

Scheduled for June 21 in the U.S., the Cupertino company wanted to block the sale of emergency smartphone flagship Korean. Fortunately for Choi Gee-Sung, Tim Cook's request was "rejected" by Lucy Koh, judge handling the case. Indeed, the case of an emergency involving the latest smartphone from Samsung can be treated by the judge. The latter states, however, she does not forget the request of Cupertino and states that this application required him to postpone the main trial expected in July. Moreover, an injunction could not be granted after the launch date of the Galaxy S III. South Korea's can blow up June 21, 2012. Meanwhile, Apple is also trying to block the Taiwanese HTC smartphones for the U.S. (read: Apple HTC attack in the U.S.). The latter is desperate to afford the monopoly in the United States.
